Swift now has a presence in 200+ countries and legal territories to serve a community of more than 12,000 banks and financial institutions.This position will be responsible for development of new software features as well as maintaining existing ones in our mediation product.

This role requires **strong technical skills**, **experience with Agile methodologies**, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.**What to Expect**:* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and prioritize software requirements.* Design, develop, and test robust software solutions using **Pro*C** programming language.* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software functionality and performance issues.* Conduct thorough **code reviews** to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.* Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including **software processes, specifications, and user manuals.*** Stay informed on emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.* Support the **deployment and maintenance** of software systems across environments.**Must Have:*** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.* Strong proficiency in **Pro*C programming language.*** Experience working with **database management systems** such as **Oracle.*** Good understanding of **Agile methodologies** and the **software development life cycle (SDLC).*** Familiarity with version control tools like Bitbucket.* Hands-on experience with **CI/CD pipelines** using technologies such as **Cloudbees, SonarQube, Nexus,** and **Ansible.*** Excellent **problem-solving** and **analytical** skills.* Ability to work **independently** while contributing effectively in a team environment.* Strong **communication** and **collaboration** abilities.**What we offer***We give you the freedom to be yourself.
