They are now expanding their team and looking for a skilled digital marketer to join their journey.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to drive data-led strategies and manage end-to-end digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, experienced in performance marketing tools, and confident in managing client relationships and stakeholders.

Strong understanding of running ads platform and churning data into actionable plans.

Experience within the property sector and the ability to communicate in Mandarin would be advantageous.

Job Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with client's business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, competitor activities to ensure digital presence for business and client's digital presence is innovative and competitive.

Online campaign management
- Plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engines, DV360 programmatic ads is an added advantage
- Have an understanding on analyzing data such as measurement metrics and performance, where they are able to provide business insights to optimize campaigns to maximize Results.
- manage Search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management.
- Basic understanding on google analytics 4 (GA4) for insights and optimization of digital campaign and website performances
- Knowledge within the field of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) would be an added advantage.
- Email marketing.

Understanding the entire journey and funnel of email marketing works.
- Has proven track records of managing and maintaining good relationships with multiple clients at a time.

Budget management
Manage digital marketing budget effectively to avoid overspending and budget is spent efficiently and in line with projected ROAS.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
- Proven experience as a digital marketing or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools and best practices
- Possess analytical skills and able to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Creative and Critical thinking, problem-solving
- Proficient in Chinese language (written and speaking) is an added advantage
