Responsibilities :
- Assist the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to plan, develop, implement and oversee company’s IT initiatives and projects;
- Assist the CIO to monitor the IT department;
- Assist the CIO to develop the business case for the company’s strategic planning including whitepapers, financial analysis, presentations and Board papers;
- Monitoring of budgetary control, forecast, risk matrix and margin analysis;
- Assist the CIO to review financial statements, reports and other performance data to gauge productivity and achieve daily, weekly and monthly objectives;
- Assist the CIO in implementing and improving current IT policies and processes;
- Assist the CIO in providing consultancy on Group functions initiatives and activities;
- Communicate to various clients and stakeholders as needed;
- Assist the CIO with Project Management activities.
Requirements :
- At least 4-6 years working experience in IT and technology-related or similar field;
- Required Skills: Understanding of financial treatments and financial spreadsheets, Data analysis, good negotiation skills;
- Required Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia;
- Experience in IT and technology-related fields preferred;
- Understanding of business processes, Business case, financial statements and General Ledger;
- Excellent in interpersonal skills and capable of driving a team;
- Able to present to Senior Management and Board of Directors;
- Familiarity with ERP systems a bonus;
- Degree in IT-related fields or any business/management discipline.
