We are seeking a Senior Executive, Human Resources to support Payroll and People Operations in Malaysia and Singapore.

Responsibilities

Payroll

  • Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs including new hires, exits, bonuses, reimbursements
  • Coordinate with payroll vendor to ensure timely and error‑free payroll processing
  • Collaborate with internal teams for reconciliation and payroll‑related accounting entries

People Operations

  • Work internally to manage full employee lifecycle effectively
  • Maintain and update HR tools & systems
  • Support initiatives to boost employee engagement
  • Support performance review cycles, feedback initiatives, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in People Operations, with a strong focus on payroll.

  • Strong understanding of Employment Law in Malaysia and Singapore
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Empathy, integrity and collaborative attitude
  • Ability to integrate with current team, non‑disruptive
