About the Role

Managing end to end total rewards activities, from crafting, supervising and implementing the organization’s compensation and benefits programs.

The role will also assess salary structures, balance staffing needs with cost controls, and ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HR strategic priorities.
  • Evaluates competitor compensation and benefits packages, creating policies and procedures, watching over the payroll interface maintain compliance and data integrity, and managing third-party HR vendor resources
  • Manages the team of reward & benefit professionals to develop, implement and coordinate rewards and compensation & benefits program and practices
  • Responsible for evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of changes and improvements in benefits program
  • Responsible for reviewing the organization’s benefits plans, policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance with local regulations
  • Responsible for vendor management through reviewing reports, conducting performance meetings, and maintaining compliance with plan provisions
  • Coordinate benefit plan documents and summary plan description
  • Participates in the budget allocation of benefits plans
  • Develops compensation related communication materials including policies, procedures, guidelines, and presentations
  • Interprets local, state, and federal laws regulating compensation practices and modifies company policy and practice to maintain compliance with government regulations
  • Responsible for accurate data collection and analysis, as well as maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Leads the procurement and administration of the company’s compensation management system
  • Assesses compensation trends and reviews market data to benchmark compensation structures
  • Provides consultation, mentorship, and support to HR partners and managers on compensation-related issues, such as market analysis, databases, and developing written/oral presentations
  • Provides support for merger- and acquisition-related compensation program integrations and transitions
  • Leads in continuous improvement in compensation processes
