Otis is growing and is looking for a **Senior MOD Installer** located in Klang Valley.



**Roles and Responsibilities**



+ Installs and repairs mechanical conveyance systems such as elevators and escalators, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently according to technical blueprints and safety standards.

+ To ensure installation and modification work are diligently and professionally performed according to the Company's program and work schedule.

+ Install mechanical components like rails and counterweights, and connect electrical systems to motors and control panels.

+ Assembling equipment, performing electrical work and wiring, assist inspections, and responding to emergency service calls.

+ Responding to service calls to diagnose and repair malfunctions, replace damaged parts, and perform major repairs on components like cables and motors.

+ To ensure that all works performed are accompanied by relevant job-sheet acknowledged by the respective customer.

+ Any other duties that may be given by the Supervisor from time to time.



**Job Requirements**



+ At least 4 years of experience in the elevator sector in as Installation Technician.

+ Good understanding of mechanical mechanism in elevator and escalator.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and manuals to understand installation requirements.

+ Minimum SPM holder.

+ Committed professional, with safety as your priority.

+ Comfortable communicating to others.

+ Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.

+ Willing to travel and work beyond normal office hours.
