 Australian-headquartered provider specializing in cybersecurity solutions and managed services (SOC, network security, cloud security, consulting).
 What requirements you'll need to be eligible 
 5+ years in a hands-on Level 2/3 engineering role (network, security, or infrastructure)Strong experience with networking technologies (routing, switching, firewalls)Fortinet experience highly regarded (e.g., FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)Experience with managed services, MSPs, or client-facing support rolesComfortable working with ITIL-based processes (incident, change, problem management)Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills (both spoken and written English)Proven ability to work independently and lead in a remote setting Nice to have
 Certifications: NSE4+, CCNP, or equivalentExposure to SIEM, EDR, or SOC environmentsExperience with shift-based support or 24x7 environmentsFamiliarity with ticketing tools (ConnectWise, ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)  What you'll be doing on the job 
 Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support across a range of networking and security technologiesAct as the regional technical lead and initial point of escalation for offshore operationsAssist with onboarding, mentoring, and training of new Malaysia-based engineersManage and respond to after-hours incidents and support tickets, including maintenance windows and change implementationsMonitor SLAs, escalate issues as needed, and ensure quality and consistency across offshore deliverablesCollaborate closely with the Australian-based team and contribute to continuous service improvementDocument processes, maintain runbooks, and improve knowledge management for the team
