Locations : Petaling Jaya (Accessible via LRT) Working Arrangement : Hybrid Your primary responsibilities will include: Support roadmap planning and product lifecycle from concept to launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables.
Oversee and optimize digital channels (web, email, social, app, messaging).
Ensure alignment across platforms and analyze performance metrics.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Use data and user feedback to guide product improvements.
Act as a bridge between stakeholders and IT teams.
Provide updates and help resolve issues during regular meetings.
Track timelines, deliverables, and maintain product documentation.

2+ years of experience working in online service company and have completed at least 2 full project life cycles of client/user-facing application development (3 or more project members) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, Figma, or Google Analytics.
