Job Overview

We are looking for a Specialist, Account Manager (Vietnamese Speaker) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will oversee the management of moderately complex client accounts, develop processes to ensure favorable client relationships, and meet operational needs.

Reporting to a sales manager, you will have an assigned territory, develop extensive product or service knowledge, and support customer inquiries while promoting our offerings.

You Have

  • Effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment and ability to develop positive relationships
  • Proven success in sales or account management
  • Passion for customer experience and sales
  • Aptitude for learning and utilizing new technology and data
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a time-sensitive environment

You Will

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues
  • Achieve revenue quotas through effective account management
  • Evaluate customer needs and propose solutions
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and coordinate client service teams
  • Use data to address customer concerns and remove roadblocks
  • Manage external pressures and handle objections
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Manage sales territory and meet monthly quotas
  • Negotiate effectively in challenging situations
  • Identify risks and develop contingency plans
  • Spot opportunities for additional sales
  • Leverage data to influence buying and renewal decisions
