Overview 
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior backend Developer with a strong background in telecom software development and RF planning tools.
About the Role  
This role involves working across multiple layers of technology including OpenAPI integration, UI/UX improvements, antenna optimization algorithms, geospatial data management, and microservices development using modern .NET technologies deployed on Kubernetes.
This role requires hands-on experience in RAN, telecom algorithms, and cloud-based deployments.
Responsibilities 
- Should have strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET Standard and mentoring developers on best practices, performing code review and estimating efforts.
 
 
- Proficient in understanding and implementing business logic for antenna optimization algorithms, propagation models and predictive analytics used in RF planning tools for 4G/5G network analysis.
 
 
- Knowledge of certificate management, server integration for web-based RF planning tools, refactor and maintain legacy codebases, maintain backend services and API.
 
 
- Good knowledge building and optimize UI components for RF planning tools and troubleshoot UI issues to enhance user experience.
 
 
- Proven experience in implementing Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and cloud deployment strategies.
 
 
- Should perform automated unit testing.
