Sr. Technical Architect – RF Planning Application .
We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Technical Architect to lead the design and evolution of a cloud-native RF planning application.
This role involves driving the transition from a legacy monolithic architecture to a modern ASP.NET Core microservices model, leveraging containerization, orchestration, and cloud services.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with radio network planning, propagation modeling, antenna pattern optimization, RAN and microservices-based architecture.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and evolution of the RF planning application, transitioning from legacy monolith to ASP.NET Core microservices with containerization, orchestration, and cloud deployment.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET Standard; mentor developers, perform code reviews, and estimate efforts.
- Knowledge of Mobile 5G RAN technology, geospatial data analysis, ACP, predictive analytics, and propagation model algorithms for large-scale RF planning systems.
- Familiarity with RF planning and geospatial data processing tools such as Planet, ATOLL, etc.
- Design and implement migration of monolithic systems into scalable microservices; understand Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and cloud deployment strategies.
- Advise on software development processes, perform architecture reviews, develop proofs of concepts, propose solutions, review implementations, fix critical bugs, and contribute to product roadmaps.
