Initiate/lead yield/Inline/PCM/DD and quality improvement programs.
Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Initiate/lead yield/Inline/PCM/DD and quality improvement programs.
  
  
• Lots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard.
  
  
• Investigate, identify and provide fast feedback to production line incase of PCM/Inline/DD trend deviation/drift.
  
  
• Identify product or technology, or process margin related problem and work with PI/UPE/T to resolve.
  
  
• Process route creation/release and maintenance
• Perform DOE splits for process margin study and improvement, DOE for optimization of product performance (ruggedness and performance
• Support new product releases, Support Production tools releases(PCRB) technology transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies
• To monitor and work with PI/UPE to ensure stability of PCM/Inline/DD trends and parameters
• Lead/support Technology Synchronization
• Support technology FMEA
• Deviation management Fast feedback to production in deviation with accurate analysis and conclusion
• Support/lead FEBE interface on yield, quality and reliability improvement topics
• Provide expert knowledge on risk assessment on product quality and reliability (MRB)
• Knowledge exchange (IFX) and knowledge transfers within IFKM
  

• Functional Knowledge, Training / qualification:
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Material Science/Chemistry
• Job experience: Minimum 5 Years of working experience in Semiconductor industry preferred.
  
  
• Extent of technical knowledge in own area:
• In Depth Knowledge of PI/PTE analysis tools
• Intermediate level of knowledge in semiconductors physics of relevant power/IC technologies.
  
  
• In depth knowledge in 8D and other problem solving tools
• Advanced statistical analysis
• Six Sigma (preferably)
• Project management
• Leading team skills
• Extent of technical knowledge in other areas:
• Knowledge of unit processes and its influence on PCM/Inline parameters
• Test methods for specific Technology
• Knowledge on product applications
• Knowledge of quality and reliability of products
• Knowledge of FEBE integration and interdependencies
• Business Expertise
• Degree of knowledge of internal interdependencies (organization, workflow, customers, suppliers)
• Knowledge of own function’s contribution and the interdependency with internal IFKM departments
• Knowledge of IFX business processes and systems
• Knowledge of IFX quality system and processes
• Knowledge of interdependencies with BE processes and packaging
• Understanding of product cost and cost of quality.
  
  

• Degree of knowledge of external environment (market, competitors, products, industries).
  
  
• Some applications specific knowledge related to key wafer fab PCM/Inline parameter
• Extent of people management responsibility (allocation of work, training, mentoring, development, budget):
• Ability to provide on-the-job training and guidance to more junior colleagues,,Extent of technical leadership (training, technical development of team):
• Mentorship to new engineers
• Internal group training or SME role within IFKM.
  
  
• Project management (size of teams, size of budget, complexity of projects):
• Lead internal yield/quality and Inline/PCM CPK improvement team/8Dteam
• Degree of analytical skills
• Identify product yield/quality problem with following :-
• Extensive Knowledge of PI/PTE analysis tools
• In depth knowledge of semiconductors physics
• 8D and other problem solving tools
• Advanced statistical analysis.

• Tool related problem identification
• Interaction effect of technology and processes
