Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule product or equipment testing activities according to project timelines.

Prepare and maintain testing documentation, records, and reports accurately.

Support engineers and technicians by managing test samples, equipment calibration, and data entry.

Ensure proper filing and traceability of test results for internal and customer audits.

Communicate testing progress and results with relevant departments.

Assist in administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, document control, and report submission.
Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field.

1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or testing environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination abilities; able to work well in a team.
Salary Range: RM3000 - RM5000
