HR Strategic and Transformation: Provide strategic direction for our People Advisory practice. You'll be involved in HR Transformation, Change Management, and Strategic HR advisory to help shaped clients' talent strategies. Develop and execute talent management strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive organisational change initiatives, including workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagement. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their unique challenges and design customised solutions. Advise on HR policies, practices, and compliance. Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Contribute to thought leadership articles, webinars, and conferences. Drive innovation within the People Advisory space. What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree holder. Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR consulting or advisory roles. Proven track record in leading complex projects and managing client relationships. Consulting / advisory experience is a MUST. Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with organisational goals. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
